Questions:

1. I there a "mikro +16" requierement on the server?

Answer:

No.2. Two players on the server are arguing, what will you do?

Answer:

As a communicative person, depending on the thing argued, I would join the conversation and try to resolve the situation calmly.3. Younger player with rather squeaky voice is talking in voice chat, what will you do?

Answer:

Depending on other players thoughts i would resolve the situation. I the players wouldnt like it, i would ask the player to quiet down, after repeating the request proceeded with a limited time mute.4. A player is using the voice chat with faulty or bad quality microphone?

Answer:

Even though it is against the rules, if the other players wouldn't mind, i would let him speak.5. A new player is being trolled and basically bullied by the others, what would you do?

Answer:

I would try to stop the bullying. No one likes being bullied and especially new players. I would feel sad some to leave the game because of this reason.6. Why are you applying?

Answer:

We have been having a conversation with fellow players on the server and got to topic of admins on the server. Noticing the "Looking for admins" message in the chat i thought it would be a good idea to try my chances on the server.Something about myself:

I am a player from the Czech republic,

I am aware of not being a polish citizen, but i can understand polish pretty decently. Even though I can't really speak polish I have noticed an

increase of english speaking players on the server

, so someone with

decent english abilities would not be wasted.

I have been admin

on one other crits server

for at least 4 years

, but for the drastic decrease of players on the server and increase of server admins, I didn't really feel needed there and went playing on other server. I stumbled upon your server and instantly fell in love with it.My personality is that of communicative player and

I have no problem in socialising.

That is one of the reasons why I feel pretty liked by most people on the server. The most with players who engage in some kind of conversation with me. I am starting to be really known by the players on the server and even

starting to be a personality of its own

there, that's why I feel most players would welcome the change of active admin there who they know and can talk with, even if he can't really speak polish that well.

On the server I am pretty much daily

, at least the days I am home and not on some vacation.

Dobry den, I really enjoyed reading your application, although I'm not here to accept your appeal I just need to know. How do you operate English so well? Do you have a native speaking friend that you can speak with or you're self-taught? Not to be mean in any way, but I've met many people from Czech republic and their ability to speak English was way under yours. Sorry for asking, I'm just very curious.

That's just a stereotype. I can say the same about Italian folks and Spanish dudes. They can't speak too well, neither do players from Scandinavian countries. But that's a stereotype. I don't believe every single citizen of the mentioned countries can't communicate in English properly. Well, since he plays TF2 and other games (I suppose) he surely had a lot of time to practice while talking to other players. So, despite the fact I have little to none to decide about this, I believe a foreign admin is a good idea. He speaks English fluently, Czech is his native language and he understands Polish too (at least slightly). Hope to see you around, make sure to pay a visit on the 2Fort server!

Hi to both of you and next people reading this, I have to agree with robby here. I've been playing games since my very childhood, so I have been in touch with English since then. My English is basically self-taught even though we learned english at school. But since I knew something here and there caused my English learning to be far easier than the rest of my classmates had. About the 2Fort server... I might hop and look there for a bit, but as a demoknight main I don't think I would have been very useful for the team. On the other side it has been pretty long since I played "normal" tf2 server.

We are waiting because we don't know what to do. You wrote the application well but we doubt you can identify wrong polish children's behavior. We appreciate your effort but we suppose that you will have a big problem with identity ironic people that insulting each others. One day you mute somebody for flame and someone have problem with that "he was innocent" and you can't react well because polish is not your everyday communication language.

Thanks for the response, even though i understand your point, I think I could tell apart irony from non-ironic insults. As I have mentioned in the application itself I have already been admin on a server and that server is obviously a czech one. Czech community is unfortunately for our reputation... not really nice to other people, so I've been exposed to both ironic and non-ironic insults for years. Also in all the time I spent on your servers, there were already some itsults aimed at me and there were'nt much difficulties telling them apart.
